Lots of entries for same battery (makita 14.4v)
Don't like small window for displaying items, and ordering as I have to repeatedly have to scroll L & R & up & down, it would be more user friendly if this was full screen. Also this window as I can't read what I am writing.
Never did find your terms & conditions page.
Good points - rapid response to my e-mail enquiry.

Super efficient service (and very friendly on the phone too). Ordered Thursday, delivered the next Wednesday. Better still was their use of UPS for delivery. I received an e-miail from them, even before they had collected the item from Giseke, letting me know what day it would be delivered - and, if you want to check on progress, their tracking system is about the quickest and easiest to use of any courrier company I know. Would certainly use Battery-Powertoool/Giseke again and recommend them to anyone.
A breath of fresh air after trying to obtain the same item from BatteryTrader.com who took my order and charged my credit card even though they didn't have the item in stock and didn't know when they could deliver. It is impossible to speak to anyone and it takes up to five days to get an answer by e-mail. After one month, cancelled the order and had to get the credit card company involved to retrieve my money, Stay well clear!!
